Working Principal
The equipment use water electrolysis to generate pure hydrogen and pure oxygen. By controlling the liquid level of hydrogen / oxygen tank, to ensure the hydrogen purity. It will go through the processes such as hydrogen washing, gas / liquid separation and cooling process to finally produce hydrogen.
Structure Characteristics
1. Adopt Siemens PLC+HMI control to fully ensure the reliability of equipment control;
2. Optimized equipment process design,on line instruments such as hydrogen purity (trace oxygen) analyzer and hydrogen dew point detector are adopted to provide real-time online monitoring of hydrogen production data, guarantee the hydrogen production index of the equipment.
